Job Description
As a Relationship Banker specializing in High-End Client Focus at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Madison, Wisconsin, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with our affluent clients. This role requires a dedicated professional who can understand complex financial needs, offer tailored banking solutions, and provide an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking needs.
- Proactively identify client financial goals and provide personalized solutions including investments, lending, and wealth management services.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess changing needs and adjust financial strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal partners such as financial advisors, mortgage bankers, and business bankers to offer integrated solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or a related client-facing role, preferably with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong understanding of banking products, investment vehicles, and financial markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affluent clients.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other banking applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 63/66 licenses.
- Experience with financial planning software.
- Prior experience working with affluent or high-end client segments.
