Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Concentrix Data Handler to join our remote team within the financial sector. This crucial role involves the accurate and efficient processing, maintenance, and validation of financial data, supporting various operations across our organization. As a remote data handler, you will play a vital part in ensuring data integrity, compliance with financial regulations, and the seamless flow of information critical for decision-making. This position requires a high level of accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry, validation, and reconciliation of financial information.
- Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets with new and existing data.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and verification processes.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and financial compliance standards.
- Generate reports and summaries from processed data as required by management or other departments.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and address any data-related queries.
- Assist in developing and implementing improved data handling procedures and best practices.

Required Skills
