Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Live Chat Agent to join our dynamic customer support team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience—all through text-based chat. No prior chat support experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and concise information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, guiding them through solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (minimum 40 WPM).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (any industry).
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
