Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Google Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using Google Calendar.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Conduct online research and compile information to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Organize and manage shared drives and digital files within Google Drive.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and take minutes as required.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency using Google Workspace tools.
