Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pinterest Sales Support Specialist with a primary focus on lead management to join our dynamic team in Dallas. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team, ensuring a seamless and efficient lead lifecycle from initial qualification to conversion. You will work closely with sales executives, marketers, and clients to provide exceptional operational support, manage CRM data, and contribute to the overall success of our Pinterest advertising initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Qualify inbound leads through research and initial outreach, determining their potential fit for Pinterest advertising solutions.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials under the guidance of sales executives.
  • Assist with client onboarding processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Track sales activities, generate reports on lead status, pipeline health, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales follow-up.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate sales executive.
  • Stay informed on Pinterest advertising best practices, platform updates, and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, lead management, or a related administrative role, preferably within digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace equivalents.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Pinterest advertising platform or other social media advertising platforms.
  • Previous experience working in an advertising agency or media company.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead scoring methodologies.
