Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Recipe Content Developer specializing in Pinterest to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a culinary enthusiast with a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of Pinterest’s algorithm and user base. You will be responsible for developing unique, delicious, and visually stunning recipes, transforming them into captivating Pinterest-optimized content, and driving engagement through innovative strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test original, high-quality recipes tailored for the Tasty audience, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and delicious results.
- Plan, style, and execute high-quality food photography and short-form video content specifically optimized for Pinterest, including Idea Pins, Standard Pins, and Video Pins.
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly pin titles, descriptions, and accompanying blog/website content to maximize discoverability and engagement on Pinterest.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, analytics, and competitor activity to identify content opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with our culinary, editorial, and social media teams to ensure brand consistency and align content with overall company goals.
- Manage a content calendar for Pinterest, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh, engaging recipe content.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest best practices, platform changes, and emerging content formats.
- Provide constructive feedback on recipe development and visual content to other team members.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in recipe development and testing, with a strong portfolio of original recipes.
- Demonstrable expertise in creating engaging and high-performing content specifically for Pinterest.
- Strong understanding of food styling, photography, and videography principles.
