Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via text-based chat platforms to resolve inquiries and provide support.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and knowledge bases to efficiently find solutions and assist customers.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve AI model responses and system efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and customer confidentiality.
