Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist Assistant to join our team in Dallas. This is an excellent entry-level, part-time opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a desire to learn. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office, providing essential administrative support, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering when necessary.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support office operations.

Required Skills
