Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Real Estate Pinterest Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote position. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, drive traffic to our property listings, and generate leads for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, a keen eye for design, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our Pinterest marketing strategy to align with overall business goals and property marketing initiatives.
  • Create visually compelling and engaging Pins, Idea Pins, and boards that showcase properties, real estate trends, and home decor inspiration.
  • Optimize all Pinterest content for SEO using relevant keywords to increase organic reach and discoverability.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on Pinterest performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, saves, and conversions, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, photographers, and other marketing team members to source high-quality visual assets and align content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest trends, features, and best practices, and continuously explore new ways to leverage the platform.
  • Manage Pinterest advertising campaigns, if applicable, to target specific audiences and drive measurable results.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing and growing a business presence on Pinterest, specifically for marketing purposes.
  • Strong understanding of Pinterest's algorithm, analytics, and best practices.
  • Excellent visual content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating aesthetic judgment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
