Job Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Real Estate Pinterest Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Pinterest strategy to enhance property visibility, generate leads, and build brand awareness for Windermere Real Estate listings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pinterest as a marketing tool, a passion for real estate, and the ability to translate property features into visually compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create compelling visual content (pins, story pins, video pins) for real estate listings, community highlights, and interior design inspiration.
- Manage and optimize Pinterest boards, ensuring high-quality, relevant content that appeals to target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for Pinterest to maximize organic reach.
- Monitor Pinterest analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest trends, features, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other marketing team members to source content and align strategies.
- Manage Pinterest advertising campaigns, if applicable, to amplify reach and lead generation.
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation on the Pinterest platform.
