Job Description

Join Netflix as an Online Content Analyst and become a vital part of our team dedicated to maintaining the highest quality of content on our streaming platform. In this hybrid role based in Anaheim, CA, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our vast content library. You will meticulously examine content details, metadata, and classifications, contributing directly to an exceptional user experience for millions of subscribers worldwide. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for entertainment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze various types of content (films, series, documentaries) to ensure accuracy in metadata, synopses, and categorization.
  • Identify and report content discrepancies, errors, or policy violations, working closely with editorial and technical teams for resolution.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of content guidelines and classification systems.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on newly ingested content and existing library items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content operations, product, and legal, to ensure content compliance and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, content policies, and emerging technologies in streaming and content management.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve tools, workflows, and processes related to content analysis.
