Job Description

You will be the face of British Airways, ensuring our passengers have a comfortable, safe, and memorable journey on our international routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew during flights.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating and responding to passenger needs.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and duty-free products with professionalism.
  • Handle passenger inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of cabin presentation and cleanliness.
  • Administer first aid and respond effectively to in-flight emergencies.
  • Work collaboratively with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members.
  • Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations and company procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and passenger satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and medical examination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality).
  • A passion for aviation and travel.
