Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Pinterest Lead to join our dynamic remote team. This is a 100% remote position. As a Pinterest Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies for our clients, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will be at the forefront of leveraging Pinterest’s evolving features, trends, and advertising capabilities to achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Pinterest ecosystem, content strategy, analytics, and paid media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative Pinterest marketing strategies for a diverse range of clients, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Oversee all aspects of Pinterest content creation, curation, scheduling, and optimization, including rich pins, video pins, and idea pins.
- Manage and optimize Pinterest Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, bid management, and performance analysis.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and trend analysis to inform content strategy and maximize organic reach.
- Analyze Pinterest analytics to identify insights, report on performance metrics (impressions, saves, clicks, conversions), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest Pinterest algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Provide expert guidance and training to junior team members and clients on Pinterest best practices.
- Manage client relationships, presenting strategies, performance reports, and actionable insights.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in Pinterest marketing and paid Pinterest advertising.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful Pinterest strategies that drive measurable results.
- Expertise in Pinterest Ads Manager, analytics tools, and scheduling platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles as they apply to Pinterest.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working within a marketing agency environment.
- Certification in Pinterest advertising or relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for pin creation.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and driving product sales via Pinterest.
