This role involves placing orders, receiving deliveries, and meticulously documenting your experience according to specific guidelines. Your insights will help our clients improve their last-mile delivery services and ensure a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Place designated orders from various local businesses using specific delivery courier services.
- Receive deliveries and meticulously observe the courier's professionalism, adherence to protocols, and delivery speed.
- Evaluate the condition of delivered items and the accuracy of the order.
- Complete detailed online reports immediately after each delivery, providing objective feedback and answering specific questions.
- Take required photos (e.g., condition of packaging, delivered items) as proof of service.
- Adhere strictly to all project guidelines, deadlines, and confidentiality requirements.
- Communicate effectively with BestMark project managers regarding any issues or questions.
Required Skills

- Reliable access to a smartphone with internet access and a working camera.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
- Reliable transportation to pick up orders or be present for deliveries as needed.
