Job Description
We are seeking a highly discreet and experienced Private Home Caregiver to provide personalized, top-tier care to our clients in Katy. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean and organized living space.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, fostering mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or living conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and household affairs.
- Assist with errands and appointments, ensuring safe transportation if required.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in private home care or a similar caregiving role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent healthcare certification.
- Experience with specialized care, such as dementia care, post-operative care, or chronic illness management.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local community.
