Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Private Estate Driver to provide discreet and reliable transportation services for a private estate in Huntington Beach. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who values privacy, professionalism, and a high standard of service. The role involves managing all aspects of private transportation, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring the safety and comfort of principals and guests. Housing is available on the estate for a live-in arrangement, offering a distinctive lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for principals and guests to various destinations, including appointments, events, and personal errands.
- Maintain a fleet of luxury vehicles, including regular cleaning, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring all vehicles are in pristine condition and operational.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and security protocols.
- Assist with luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
- Ensure the privacy and discretion of principals at all times.
- Manage vehicle registration, insurance, and other administrative tasks related to the fleet.
- Adhere to all local and state driving laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Be available for varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or private driver experience in a high-net-worth environment.
- Flawless driving record with no accidents or violations.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Excellent knowledge of Huntington Beach and surrounding Orange County areas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of discretion, loyalty, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and packages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicle models (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Tesla).
- Certification in defensive driving or executive protection.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle issues.
