Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apple Hardware Systems Aide to provide crucial technical design support for our client projects. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in assisting our engineering and design teams with the integration, testing, and documentation of Apple hardware systems. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Apple hardware systems (Mac, iPad, Apple TV, etc.) for various design and testing phases.
- Document hardware configurations, test procedures, and performance metrics accurately and thoroughly.
- Support the integration of Apple hardware into larger system architectures, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to understand technical requirements and provide feedback on hardware capabilities.
- Maintain inventory of Apple hardware components and peripherals, ensuring availability for projects.
- Conduct initial diagnostic tests and identify potential hardware issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with macOS and iOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Apple's enterprise management tools (e.g., Jamf Pro).
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
- Prior experience in a technical support or IT assistant role.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification.
