Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Pinterest Manager to support our network of dynamic real estate agents. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of the real estate industry to make a significant impact. You will be responsible for developing and executing Pinterest strategies that drive leads, enhance brand visibility, and generate traffic for our realtors’ listings and services. This role offers high commission potential based on your ability to deliver measurable results and empower our agents’ online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies tailored for individual real estate agents and their target markets.
- Create compelling, visually rich Pinterest content, including Idea Pins, Standard Pins, and Video Pins, showcasing listings, local market insights, home decor tips, and lifestyle content relevant to homebuyers/sellers.
- Manage and optimize Pinterest profiles, boards, and pins to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all Pinterest content to improve discoverability.
- Monitor Pinterest analytics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate directly with real estate agents to understand their specific marketing needs, property types, and target demographics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest trends, features, and algorithm changes.
- Assist in integrating Pinterest strategies with other digital marketing efforts (e.g., website, blog, other social media channels).
- Educate agents on the value and impact of Pinterest marketing for their businesses.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Pinterest Manager or in a similar social media marketing role.
- Deep understanding of Pinterest best practices, algorithms, and content types.
- Demonstrable ability to create engaging, high-quality visual content (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with real estate professionals or within the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with other social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with paid Pinterest advertising campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
