Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and executing innovative brand partnerships that elevate our artists’ profiles and expand their reach. You’ll work closely with marketing, A&R, and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential brand partners aligned with artist profiles and marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing comprehensive partnership proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate and execute brand campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Manage communication with internal teams and external brand contacts throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the brand partnership space.
- Support the wider marketing team on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing, brand partnerships, or a related field within the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and partnership development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Passion for music and a deep knowledge of current music trends and artists.
Preferred Qualifications
