Job Description

Beacon Health System is seeking enthusiastic and empathetic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Wellness Facilitators. No prior experience is required; we provide full, paid training to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this vital role. You will play a crucial part in guiding community members on their wellness journeys, promoting healthy lifestyles, and fostering a positive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to develop a strong understanding of wellness principles and facilitation techniques.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various wellness programs and events for community members.
- Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and activities focused on health, nutrition, fitness, and stress management.
- Provide one-on-one support and encouragement to individuals, helping them set and achieve personal wellness goals.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program attendance.
- Collaborate with other wellness team members to ensure a cohesive and impactful program delivery.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment where all participants feel valued and supported.
- Adhere to all health system policies and procedures, ensuring participant safety and confidentiality.
