Job Description
Join our remote Netflix team as an Online Netflix Team Member, focusing on data accuracy and content quality. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a flexible, independent work environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of our vast content library, working with various data points to enhance user experience and platform functionality. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and verification tasks with high accuracy, ensuring all content information is correct and up-to-date.
- Categorize and tag content based on predefined guidelines to improve searchability and recommendation algorithms.
- Monitor and report inconsistencies or errors in data, collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Assist in quality assurance processes for content metadata, subtitles, and descriptions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and tools.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols at all times.
