Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands to support the executive's demanding schedule.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documents accurately.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and workspace is organized.
