Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Performance Marketing Director to lead our digital advertising strategies and execution for key clients. This role demands a proven leader who can drive measurable results through sophisticated paid media campaigns across various channels, including SEM, Social, Programmatic, and Display. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive performance marketing strategies, overseeing campaign management, optimizing spend, and analyzing data to ensure client objectives are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor and grow a team of performance marketing specialists. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing managers and specialists, fostering professional growth and expertise.
  • Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, data science, and account management teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and implement A/B testing frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets to achieve specific KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and incrementality testing.
  • Experience working in an agency environment or consulting firm.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and how they integrate with paid media strategies.
