Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Performance Marketing Director to lead our global performance marketing initiatives. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving significant ROI through data-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring our acquisition efforts align with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize global performance marketing strategies across all digital channels (SEM, SEO, Social Media Ads, Display, Affiliate, etc.) to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present performance updates, strategic recommendations, and market insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Deep understanding of various digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, etc.).
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and formulate strategic recommendations.
- Proven experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in a global technology company or a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working with international markets and understanding localized marketing strategies.
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
