Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organised Order Desk Assistant to join our administrative team in Harrogate. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in an administrative support function. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring data accuracy, and providing essential administrative assistance to support our regional operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and availability.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to resolve order-related queries.

  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
