Keller Williams Realty Augusta Partners is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pinterest Manager to develop and execute powerful Pinterest marketing strategies specifically for our network of realtors. This role is crucial in generating high-quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving client engagement through compelling visual content and strategic pinning. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies tailored for individual realtors and team objectives.
- Create highly engaging, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized Pins (static, video, idea pins) using design tools.
- Manage and optimize multiple Pinterest accounts and boards, ensuring brand consistency and strategic content themes.
- Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics and optimize content for maximum organic reach and searchability.
- Monitor Pinterest analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate directly with realtors to understand their specific marketing needs, property listings, and target audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest Pinterest trends, features, and algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for Pinterest advertising campaigns to boost reach and lead generation.
- Ensure all Pinterest content adheres to real estate industry regulations and brand guidelines.
Required Skills
