Job Description
Are you a keen observer with a passion for excellent customer service and a knack for detail? IntelliShop is seeking enthusiastic and discreet Secret Shoppers to evaluate bar and nightlife establishments in Olathe, Kansas. This unique part-time role involves visiting various venues during weekend nights, discreetly observing service quality, staff interaction, atmosphere, and adherence to brand standards. Your objective, unbiased feedback will be crucial in helping our clients enhance their customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned bars, pubs, and nightlife venues in Olathe during specified weekend night hours.
- Engage with staff (bartenders, servers, security) and experience the service as a regular customer.
- Discreetly observe and evaluate key aspects, including customer service, product knowledge, cleanliness, speed of service, atmosphere, and compliance with specific client guidelines.
- Purchase designated items (e.g., drinks, food) and evaluate product quality and presentation.
- Maintain complete anonymity and confidentiality throughout the shopping process.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete detailed online reports within 24-48 hours of each visit, providing objective feedback and supporting details.
- Adhere to all project instructions, deadlines, and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent memory recall for specific interactions and events.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise report writing.
- Ability to remain discreet and professional in various social settings.
- Reliable access to transportation and ability to work weekend night shifts.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a secret shopper or in a quality assurance role.
- Familiarity with the bar and nightlife scene in Olathe.
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry.
