Job Description
Are you a passionate gamer with a knack for helping others? Riot Games is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Online Gaming Support Agents to join our remote chat support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our global player base, providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance through live chat. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common in-game issues, account problems, and technical difficulties.
- Guide players through game features, account management, and payment processes.
- Maintain a high level of player satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
- Document all player interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system.
- Collaborate with other support teams and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with game changes, updates, and community trends to provide relevant support.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with a friendly and clear tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Genuine passion for video games and familiarity with various gaming genres and platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and focus.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a chat-based support role.
- Familiarity with Riot Games titles (League of Legends, Valorant, Wild Rift, etc.).
- Experience participating in online gaming communities or forums.
- A natural desire to help others and improve their gaming experience.
