Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, hobbies, and social interactions.
- Monitor and document client health status, behaviors, and progress, reporting any concerns to the care team.
- Administer medication accurately as prescribed and assist with therapeutic exercises or mobility support.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients.
- Facilitate community integration and participation in recreational outings as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all care plans, safety protocols, and company policies.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
