Job Description

Join BayCare Health System as an Office Support Clerk and become an essential part of our administrative team in New Port Richey. This full-time position offers an immediate start and the convenience of weekly payouts. You will be responsible for providing critical administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, and supporting various departments. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Support other administrative staff and departments with ad-hoc tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic data entry skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative support role.

  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
