Job Description
Hays is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote IT Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in supporting our IT recruitment process by efficiently coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will manage interview schedules, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and provide essential administrative support, all from the comfort of your home office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting talent acquisition within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex interview schedules for IT candidates across multiple time zones.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to confirm interview details, provide instructions, and address inquiries.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to record candidate interactions, update statuses, and maintain accurate data.
- Prepare interview materials and ensure all necessary documentation is available for virtual interviews.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues with minimal supervision.
- Provide excellent candidate care, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the IT recruitment team.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools for daily tasks and interviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or staffing environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo).
- An understanding of the IT industry and common technical roles.
