Job Description
We are seeking a highly empathetic and detail-oriented Apple Care Concierge Assistant with a luxury support focus to join our remote team. This role is crucial in delivering a premium, personalized support experience to Apple’s discerning customers. You will be the first point of contact for complex inquiries, providing expert assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance for a wide range of Apple products and services. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of Apple’s ecosystem, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations through white-glove service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class, personalized technical support and customer service via phone, chat, and email to Apple customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues across all Apple products (iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, services).
- Educate customers on product features, services, and best practices.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support tiers when necessary, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new Apple products, services, and support tools.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Apple's high standards of customer service.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury retail, concierge, or high-end customer service role.
- Fluent in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German).
- Experience working in a remote customer support capacity.
- Certifications in Apple products or related technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
