Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and nutrition-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Nutrition & Recipe Annotator. In this 100% Work-From-Home role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our product data by accurately annotating nutritional information, dietary specifications, and recipe details. This position is vital for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our health-related content, supporting our commitment to providing clear and reliable information to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately review, categorize, and annotate nutritional data for various food products and recipes according to established guidelines.
  • Verify ingredients, portion sizes, allergens, and dietary claims (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, keto-friendly).
  • Collaborate with nutritionists and culinary teams to clarify ambiguous information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on annotated data to maintain high standards of completeness and precision.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in recipe instructions or ingredient lists.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of annotation guidelines and processes.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.

Required Skills
