Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Phoenix office as a Notary Public Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to start their career in the legal field and gain hands-on experience. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training to support our legal team with notarization processes, document management, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with document notarization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and files, both physical and electronic, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate schedules for notarization appointments and manage related logistics efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, copying, data entry, and distributing correspondence.
- Learn and adhere to all relevant legal and firm-specific protocols related to document handling, privacy, and notarization.
- Support the office with various ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Required Skills
