Job Description
Join Elite Mobile Beauty Services as a Mobile Hairdressing Offsider and become an essential part of our dynamic team, bringing salon-quality experiences directly to our clients. This flexible role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn, assist, and grow within the beauty industry. You will support our lead stylists by preparing equipment, managing supplies, assisting during appointments, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience for every client. This position requires regular travel to various client locations within the New Port Richey area and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead hairdressers with all aspects of mobile hair appointments, including setup and breakdown of mobile styling stations.
- Prepare tools, products, and equipment for each service, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitization.
- Manage inventory of supplies, informing stylists when stock is low and assisting with reordering.
- Shampoo, condition, and rinse clients' hair as needed, following specific instructions.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the appointment.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment within various client settings.
- Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling assistance or client follow-ups if required.
- Transport equipment and supplies safely and efficiently between client locations.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry styling equipment (up to 25 lbs).
