Job Description

We are seeking a highly articulate and empathetic Apple Care Concierge Assistant with a luxury support focus to join our remote team. This role is crucial for delivering an elevated customer service experience to Apple’s most discerning clients. You will provide personalized technical support and guidance, resolving complex issues with grace and efficiency, while embodying the premium ethos of Apple. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove technical support and customer service for Apple products and services via phone, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues with precision and patience.
  • Escalate intricate cases to senior support tiers while maintaining ownership and providing clear communication to the customer.
