Job Description

Halfords Autocentres is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Mobile Car Valeter Trainee in Plymouth, Devon. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with little to no experience, eager to learn the art of professional car valeting and detailing. You will be fully trained to perform high-quality interior and exterior cleaning services directly at customer locations, ensuring every vehicle shines. This role offers the exciting opportunity to earn commission on every car you valet, boosting your earning potential as you gain skills and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of car valeting and detailing.
- Travel to customer locations to perform mobile valeting services.
- Execute interior cleaning (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, window cleaning, conditioning).
- Perform exterior cleaning (washing, waxing, polishing, tire dressing).
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and maintain valeting equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Accurately complete job sheets and process payments.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills
- Full UK driving license with a clean record.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
