Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
- Prepare and bake a variety of fresh food items, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and manage the till system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter, dining area, and kitchen.
- Restock displays and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the shop.
