Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Hand-Wash Pro to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Hand-Wash Pro, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exterior and interior detailing services to our clients at various locations throughout Kanata and the greater Ottawa area. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for making vehicles shine. You will operate our state-of-the-art mobile detailing unit, ensuring a professional and efficient service experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior hand washing, waxing, and polishing of various vehicle types.
- Execute interior cleaning including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning and conditioning upholstery, and detailing dashboards and consoles.
- Apply protective coatings and sealants to vehicle surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Manage and maintain mobile detailing equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the mobile unit.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in automotive detailing or hand washing.
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Familiarity with various detailing products and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in automotive detailing.
- Experience operating a mobile detailing unit.
- Knowledge of paint correction techniques.
