Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Luxury Vehicle Operator to join our esteemed team. This position is vital in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, whether it’s for vehicle delivery, VIP transportation, or other specialized driving needs. As a Luxury Vehicle Operator, you will be responsible for operating high-end Mercedes-Benz vehicles with utmost care and precision, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols, and providing an elevated experience for our discerning clientele. We offer a comprehensive full paid orientation to ensure you are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills required for this distinguished role, even if you are new to luxury vehicle operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Mercedes-Benz vehicles safely and efficiently for various company needs, including vehicle deliveries, client transfers, and executive transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of all assigned vehicles, ensuring they meet luxury standards before and after each use.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and routes, utilizing navigation systems effectively to ensure timely arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their needs and ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Represent Mercedes-Benz of Glendale with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes in the Glendale/Los Angeles area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
