Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart a new career with comprehensive training and a clear path to success? Badger State Limousine is excited to announce an opening for a Limo Driver Trainee. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience in limousine driving who possess a passion for customer service and a desire to learn. We provide all the necessary training to obtain your commercial driver’s license (CDL) endorsements and master the art of professional chauffeuring. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and successfully complete our comprehensive Limo Driver Training Program.
- Learn and adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols.
- Develop expert-level safe driving techniques for various vehicle types and road conditions.
- Master the use of GPS and navigation systems to ensure efficient and timely arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience.
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and presentation of the limousine before, during, and after each trip.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests professionally and courteously.
Required Skills
- Possess a valid standard Driver's License with a clean driving record (minimal to no infractions).
- Strong commitment to completing an intensive training program.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A professional demeanor and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Must be at least 21 years of age (for CDL requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with the Green Bay area and surrounding Wisconsin roads.
- A genuine interest in the luxury transportation industry.
