Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior lifestyle managers and clients, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering prompt and professional assistance.
  • Research and coordinate various services for clients, such as travel bookings, event tickets, dining reservations, and personal shopping.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized lifestyle plans and well-being initiatives for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and activity logs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Learn and apply foundational coaching techniques to support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and contribute to service improvements.
  • Perform general office duties as required to support team operations.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software or client management systems

  • Bilingualism (Spanish preferred)
