Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and professional P-Endorsement Chauffeurs with a strong focus on passenger safety to join our elite team in San Antonio. As a P-Endorsement Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and discreet transportation services to our distinguished clientele. This role requires exceptional driving skills, an in-depth understanding of local traffic patterns, and an unwavering commitment to delivering a five-star service experience while prioritizing the well-being of all passengers. You will operate luxury vehicles and represent our brand with the utmost professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their destinations following scheduled routes and client instructions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring optimal operating condition, cleanliness, and safety features are fully functional.
- Maintain strict adherence to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and client privacy protocols.
- Provide exemplary customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, offering amenities, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all pickups and drop-offs.
- Communicate professionally and discreetly with clients and dispatch regarding trip details or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any vehicle maintenance needs.
Required Skills
- Valid P-Endorsement (or equivalent passenger endorsement) on driver's license.
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeuring or high-end driving experience.
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
- Exceptional knowledge of San Antonio and surrounding areas.
- Strong commitment to passenger safety and service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and a polished appearance.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicle operations.
- Previous experience serving corporate or high-profile clients.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish/English).
