Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the setup, operation, and maintenance of well service equipment at various job sites.
- Learn and apply all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment under supervision.
- Monitor equipment performance during operations and report any anomalies or issues.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including job tickets, safety forms, and maintenance logs.
- Participate in pre-job planning and post-job reviews to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company equipment.
- Actively engage in training programs and mentorship opportunities to advance technical skills and career progression.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to strict operational protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Vocational or technical training in a related field (e.g., diesel mechanics, heavy equipment operation)
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role or outdoor work environment
- Basic knowledge of oilfield terminology and operations
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one
