Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Software Engineer with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our innovative team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and other relevant languages.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
- Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality software.
- Monitor and maintain deployed AI/ML systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to documentation of models, code, and technical processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks).
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
