Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled fabricators and welders in assembling, cutting, and shaping metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including grinders, drills, and measuring devices.
- Prepare materials for fabrication, including cleaning, deburring, and positioning parts for welding or assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Transport materials and finished products within the fabrication shop using appropriate equipment.
- Support inventory management by assisting with material receiving, stocking, and organizing.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance fabrication skills and knowledge.
