Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently deliver guest amenities, luggage, and requested items to rooms and various hotel areas.
  • Assist the front desk, concierge, and other departments with urgent tasks and logistical support.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, bell carts, and other equipment.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude.
  • Support event setup and breakdown, including transporting materials and ensuring timely execution.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing packages and mail with accuracy and care.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across all hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures of the hotel.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
