Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.
  • Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring prompt and careful handling.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Support the front desk and concierge teams with various tasks as needed.
  • Operate hotel vehicles (e.g., trolleys, golf carts) safely when required.
  • Adhere to all hotel security and safety procedures.
  • Actively participate in performance reviews and development opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
