Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Universal Analytics (UA) related queries from clients and internal teams.
- Assist with the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Google Analytics tracking codes and properties.
- Perform data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Generate standard and custom reports, extracting key insights for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and development teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document processes, common issues, and solutions for a knowledge base.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually enhance Google Analytics expertise.
- Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
