Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our elite team in Vacaville, CA. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possesses impeccable driving skills, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. As a Chauffeur with Black Tie Limo & Sedan Service, you will be an ambassador of our brand, ensuring our clients experience seamless, safe, and luxurious transportation. You will operate our premium fleet vehicles, navigating routes efficiently while prioritizing client comfort and privacy. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25/hr, plus the significant benefit of retaining 100% of all tips received.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to their destinations following scheduled itineraries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles before, during, and after each shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage and opening/closing doors.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, utilizing GPS and local knowledge to avoid delays.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding pick-up and drop-off times, route changes, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, rideshare, delivery, or chauffeur)
- Excellent knowledge of Vacaville and surrounding Northern California areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable punctuality and time management abilities.
- A professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles with various features.
- Proficiency with navigation applications (GPS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a private chauffeur or executive driver.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle models and their features.
- Completion of a defensive driving course.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
